Tick one or more approved books, then click Export selected to 3Dsellers CSV. Export uses the official 3Dsellers 79-column CSV; original full front and rear scans are used without promotional borders or logos. Photos are shared using temporary signed links. Import promptly and review the draft. No bulk re-import during testing.

2. Upload book scans

Choose the original front and rear JPEGs from your Mac. Originals are stored privately in Supabase. The rear scan is the best place to read an ISBN.

Text recognition runs in your browser and may take time on the first use. It suggests text; always check the edition. No automatic crop is applied to original scans.

4. Measurements & automatic postage

Check the book measurements; ResellerRobot recommends the D/1 or E/2 envelope and Royal Mail 2nd Class Click & Drop price. You do not have to choose a postal class. Final packed thickness and weight should be checked before buying the label.

Approve a saved item to assign a permanent stock number and print an 89 × 35 mm label. Saving a draft does not use a number. Print from your Mac with DYMO LabelWriter 450 selected. Stock ID will be exported as the eBay Custom label (SKU).

Automatic Mac scan arrivals

For hands-free uploading, run the ResellerRobot Mac helper. It creates new entries in the Review Queue above as each front/rear pair arrives. Click Refresh inventory to see the new arrivals. Newly arrived books are automatically checked for ISBNs while this page is open; any results require your review. The manual batch uploader remains available as a backup.

Automatic ISBN lookup is available for new scans. Your existing edits and measurements are preserved.

Choose the scanned JPEG files together (you can select all in Finder). Odd scan numbers are fronts and the next even number is the back. Review every pair before saving. This does not watch the Mac folder in the background.
